Fit of Anger were from NYC. They kicked around 1990/1991. Then Kingfisher records released an 8 track, s/t cd in 1999 or 2000.
FoA played typical old school NYHC. Members of FoA played in bands (before and/or after FoA) like Skarhead, Hatebreed, Cold Front, Yuppicide, Crown of Thornz,...

Actually its new school HC, but kicks ass. if you like late 80's early 90's tough sounding stuff, great band.

FIT OF ANGER 1988 demo- fucking sick. Pretty much sounds like BREAKDOWN. These guys aren't new school at all considering they were around in like 87. I love this demo!

I think some/all of those songs ended up being re-recorded a few years later and put out as a record, but I think I heard it once and it sucked compared to the demo.
