Full Body Work Out Plans for you to enjoy

The theory behind these is fairly simple. The more muscles you use, the more fat you burn. The more muscle you use, the more muscle you build. The more muscle you have, the less fat you have.

Abs Diet Weekly Work Out Schedule:
Use light weights to begin with. The terms for the different exercvises can be found on the internet if you need pictures. Just "Google" them.

Men's Fitness Fat Loss Workout:

This one is very good. It helped me a ton. Check you ego at the door and use light wieghts. You will be sore after this one.
