This info is about a year old and there are new theories now. When choosing a Creatine Supplement, Monohydrate is just fine. There are others but
the uptake on Monohydrate is good.
Get one without Sugars and don't go with a "Cheap" one either. You'll bloat. Also remember that red meat has creatine but is high in fat.
