exercizing at your desk?

I sit at a desk at work all day and wanted to see if anyone knows any exercizes you can do sitting at a desk?

some sites recommend doing real exercises in your office...
http://www.ehow.com/how_5755_exercise-office.html
i dunno about all that, but starting with little things is definitely helpful:
- take the stairs
- walk to the water cooler to fill your glass every hour (also keeps you drinking the amount of water you're supposed to)
- walk or hit the gym at lunch (i know a lot of people that do this)

Also, having good ergonomics at your desk will help you as well...
http://www.cdc.gov/od/ohs/Ergonomics/compergo.htm

I keep a skateboard under my desk to elevate my feet a little (and for east skating access during the day), but using a narrow laptop keyboard all day is fucking up my hands, and the low monitor is really affecting my back.

Posture is HUGE. Also, can you sit on one of those Swiss Balls (exercise balls). That really forces you to work.

yup its a small office in the middle of a shop/stockroom. The office isnt super watched, but people do walk by (window in the door) and come in from time to time. What did you have in mind?

Im not sure how a ball would go over for a chair. Problem is that once in awhile other people use my computer and there would need to be a real chair also and my office is VERY small for all the stuff crammed into it.

I think Ill go take a walk and make a few laps of the place now!

obviously, i don't know what your workplace is really like, but i'm just picturing the looks youd get from a bunch of manual laborers who have to stand all day when you walk in with a giant inflated ball for a chair.

oh, and on one eposide of the office, someone stabbed Dwight Schrute's exercise ball/chair thing. Funny shit.
