Running Tracking Sheet
I have created a tracking sheet for anyone who is running or walking. When entering your time the format is:
hours:minutes:seconds. The example in there is short run I did the other day that took me 0:25:43 so it was 25 minutes and 43 seconds.
There are formulas built in (in the first row) that you can copy and paste into other cells below that will help you calculate your average time and
how far you have gone and all that good stuff.
