looking for input on good stretching techniques

I know it sounds kinda dumb, but I feel like all I can ever come up with to do is the same goofy crap we did in high school gym. I'm so outta shape, I'm starting simple, but I need some ideas.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

BD, I am not big into stretching. I barely stretch before weights. I stretch a lot before a hockey game though. I still use the stretches form high school before a game.

One thing to look into is Yoga. It is one of the best things you can do. Hell, you can get a beginners yoga DVD for $10 and start there. My wife and I started it when she first got pregnant. I got some good stretching techniques from that.
