Calories vs. Nutritional Content
Im not sure which is better so I figured I would post it here and see what you guys think.
I eat cereal with skim milk for breakfast during the week. I have been eating the LOW SUGAR Frosted Flakes & Fruit Loops. They are both only 120
calories per serving (before milk). I was thinking about getting a healthier cereal like total or mini wheats, but they are all higher in calories.
So my question is... since Im trying to lose weight and I am counting calories am I better eating the lower calories frosted flakes or the higher
calorie total?

i go with Total Raisin Bran and skim milk. It is a few extra calories, but 1) I can make up for that elsewhere and 2) I'm getting 100% of of thos
eessential vitamins and minerals! Although, it is apparently full of carbs and sugar.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

In the morning, you really want to start your day off on the right foot. Sugars are not the way to go. Try more protein. With the skim milk, you
get 1 gram of protein per ounce of milk. There is probably no protein in your cereal (just guessing).
My suggestion is whole wheat english muffin (eat just half if you want) with Natural Peanut Butter (Smuckers is VERY good) and chase it down with a
multivitamin and a full glass of skim milk.
I hope this helps Guys.
