Week FOUR weigh-ins

Im a little bummin' this week. I stayed the same. My total loss for the month is a little lower than I wanted it to me. I mean Im happy I lost anything, but Im disapointed because I wanted an average of 2 pounds per week and I only ended up losing 6 pounds for the month. Im still on track so Ill keep working and try to work harder. The exercise stuff is hard for me because I work such long hours!

Heres where Im at after one month...
Started @ 215 January 1st
Currently @ 209 January 29th

Lost 6 pounds for the month of January.

Dropped three pounds last week for a total of 7 pounds over the last three weeks. I'm pretty stoked about this.

Hey Honus, some is better than none.

I'm up! My diet wasn't the best last week and I really got into the weights. I really doubt my wieght increase was a muscle gain. I'm at 183 now. That is an increase of 2 pounds. Shits gotta get more serious.

How about you all?

it was a hungry, hungry week for me, but there were cheesesteaks to be had over the weekend, and i think that tipped the scales back in the wrong direction. put 1 pound back on. still has me down five pounds for the month, and that much more determined for this week.

just picked a new primary care physician in PA, and am going to see him in a few weeks. I wanna get some input on the pain in my knees and feet before i start exercising. just stretchign in the mean time.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
