Week 6 weigh ins

I thankfully lost weight. I'm down to 182.5. I'm half a pound off what I wanted to reach. I put myself through a killer workout yesterday for about and hour and 10 minutes. It was great.

I'm at 182.5 and feeling better about things.

I slipped and drank too much beer while installing a new ceiling fan. It was fun but I didnt lose any weight because of it. I am still at 202, I have hit the platuea (sp?) I wont let it get me down though, I am determined to get into the 190s by March.

Gained 2 pounds. I really don't know why or how, but damn it next week will be better.

put a four pounds back on myself. not surprised though, what with the trip to AC this weekend. gettin' through half a bottle of woodford reserve and eating steaks at three in the morning definitely did not help the cause.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

I put a two pounds back on myself. No excuse for me either, but it does have to do with meds & depression. I gotta get past all this crap.
