Week 8 Weigh Ins

Alright how did everyone do this past week? Earlier in the week Voodoo was kicking ass and was down under 200. I'm down a full pound (I believe). I'm at 182.5.

I am getting ready for a 5 mile run on March 11 so I need to ramp up my running but I just can't sacrifice any weight lifting just yet.

Have a great week!

Dropped another 2 pounds. Probably helped that I was sick.

That is incredible. What is your total loss so far? Any idea how low you want to go?

started at 216, down.............18 pounds so far. this Xenadrin stuff works for real. Not as much caffeine as Hydroxycut, but it has the same effects. I am shooting for 185 or so, not going to puch it though. Taking my time, i am feeling better already, pants are gettin loose and a couple of people have commented on my loss. pretty neat. If it werent for my friend Budweiser I'd be down at least 5-10 pounds more, I'm sure of it. Oh well

Xenadrin, huh? Did you have to increase your cardio much? I have read you really need to ramp up on cardio to get a product liek that to work.

How tall are you? Is 185 pretty thin? I'm 5 foot 10 and 185 is a little on the bulky side.

Great news and congrats. You are in the lead on weightloss for the Thorp Board I beleive.

Yeah, I run 3 to 4 times a week, about 2 or so miles a shot. I am 5 '9"
but I wanted to keep some of my bulk, just need to get to target weight for military standards.
