based on what I read online its just that Dave Osato is really into hockey and the company that makes the grips designed those hoping he would like
them and use them as his signature design, which he did and does. So it does have nothing to do with the band.

my friend has those on his pushey .... its funny how 50 cents of injection moulded rubber can retail for $60.
