Week 14 Results
I'm at 180. I lost 3.5 pounds last week. I'm getting more serious about things again and feeling better. Lighter weights with higher reps, hockey
and running.

Stayed even at 262. Still, I started around 278 so it's still good progress.

I put back on a couple of pounds...I'm back between 186-188. My new routine is helping me get through my plateau. Plus I'm making sure I get food
every 3-3 1/2 hours, so I'm sure that's helping too. Glad to hear others are also doing well. Keep up the good work, fellas.
It is awesome to see someone wanting to gain weight vs. the rest of us. KidU, keep up the hard work man. That is awesome.
