Week 16- Where are ya?
I couldn't beleive it. I was at 179.5 this morning. I"m down 2.5 from last week. I was on a semi vacation and had very little activity. I did have
one hockey game and lifted so that helps.

I was at 322 then down to 317 now im up 2 pounds to 319. Im going to order some of that phentramine soon, hopfully this will help control my appite

i had a EKG test done last november and they said everything was fine ( i was having chest pains but it was due to my chest muscles not my heart) Im
doing as much research on the stuff as i can before i buy it.Im not one to just buy a drug online without doing some digging around for information.
Im more worried about how it will react to my other drugs (Zoloft/risperdal) that im taking. From what i have found though people who are on the same
drugs im on said its ok to take the stuff.
