Week 18 Results


Ok, I was on the road last week so I wasn't too excited about my wiegh in this morning. I'm 180.5. Down 4!

This week is the start of getting serious. I have a hockey tourney in a few weeks in Toronto that I need to be better prepared for. So I'm going back to basics. I'm keeping a log of everything I eat this week.

Total workouts this week. M-w-f weights. Tues-Thurs interval cardio. I need to be down another 4 in the next two weeks.

How about you all?

I don't know how the fuck it happened but I gained 6 fucking pounds last week. FUCK!!!

Hhhhmmmm. I know this sounds really stupid but do you write down everything you eat in a week? I mean everything. I am doing that starting today. I need to get down a few pounds so, this helps me really get back on track. I have a tracking sheet, I think BD put it up for download but I'll e-mail you one if you want. actually here's a link that should have it.

Cool. Thanks! At the same time, I'm diabetic so I follow a diabetic meal plan, which is supposed to be one of the healthiest.
