Do you buy fireworks?

How much do you spend on fireworks and do you have to leave the state to get good ones?

We usually go up to PA to get fireworks.

I don't. I have a good friend who makes pretty good money at Ford and he goes apeshit over the 4th every year. Its a way for him and his dad to kick it I guess. Last year he spent $2,400. alone on fireworks in Penn. Mind you he lives in Lorian and drives over 3 hours to get them. He goes with his father and he usually spends almsot as much as Dave does. So together you are looking at around $5,000. IN FUCKING SANE! However they have the whole fucking neighborhood watching it. Even the a few Police Officers come every year while on duty just to watch. They were orignally called over because of complaints but ended up getting along with the family and stay fro a bit and kick it. Free security.

We usually only spend about 30 to 40 bucks but have to go to NC to get em. Not too bad a drive for us, 30 minutes or so.

We go to a place called "Phantom Fireworks". I believe the one we go to is in a town called Breezewood. They have a few locations up there.

Phantom fireworks

The crazy thing is though... I can go up there from Maryland and buy them but they won't let you if you live in PA!. You have to get some kind of permit first.

I usually throw in with a few friends for some stuff.

It's fucked up, there is a huge fireworks factory in my area but due to the goddamned PA laws, you need a license to even be allowed in.

This pissed me off, only cause I thought Heather was back, and was happy to see it. Turns out it's just another piece of shit cocksucker who needs to get his head kicked in.

I think you have to leave the country to buy them here, or atleast be a licensed pyrotechnician or something. I've never seen them sold anywhere.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
