Someone please define the word: TOUR
Someone tell me the definition of this word (as defined by my fellow Hardcore bretheren).
I ask because I see these bands that either
A. Go out for 4days with their other friends garage/basement band and call it a tour.
or B. I see a band saying we're going on tour. Have one date in the next town over. And about ten spaces of fill in the blanks asking for tour help.
What the fuck?

To me a 'tour' would have to be at least 8 shows with no more than 1 day off. The more shows there are the more 'days off' there can be. It doesnt
have to be super far from 'home'. Like it could be a band from Boston and the shows could be all New England, NY, NJ & PA.
That being said.... what the hell do I know!
