If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

I have no friends that are into hardcore, so I never really got to much into the local scene and went to "every show every weekend". So I've listened to the same pretty much 10 or 15 bands for the last 12 years. Oh well. Get Ironboundnyc to play in philly. or soia.

Its going to be My Turn To Win's record release show. We're still working on a set date.

MTTW is touring beginning of July, and the best weekend is for them is the Saturday Vision plays CBs. So it may be August. I'll let you know for sure.

I dig it. Like I said I'm not into to many new bands but I do like this. Like a scratchy mix of soia with a little faster madball. I'll go to see em.

August 4: Ringworm, Mindsnare, The Dead Walk! at Enigma Bar in Adelaide.

Best show in fuckin months. Municipal Waste also coming, never been into them but might give it another listen. Most Precious Blood & some other horrible shit is coming too.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

NSU is doing a reunion. I approached them about putting the heavy and passive aggression demo on disc. They told me one of the dudes in the band runs a label and is gonna do it.

This is close over a year ago so I dont know where that is.

Cannibal Corpse is doing a tour here this year. Never been a big fan but its the only good metal show in ages so I'm gonna try toing to that.

Next Step Up are great, Nishinga is a good track.
