Your Resolution Goals- Post them up

In an effort to keep things cleaned up, I thought I'd create a posting for our "contest".

1. Bench 300 pounds- Currently at 230- maybe
2. Run a 5k (3.1 miles) in under 23 minutes
3. Weigh 170-175- currently at 180.2

1. No alcohol consumption
2. Drop another 10 pounds
3. Begin regular bike rides

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

1. More weight loss (ultimate goal is 70)
2. More regular exercise
3. Less sitting around. Even if its not replaced with exercise, I want to get more mentally healthy by 'getting out and doing' more stuff.

This is the exact reason we have this forum. Just to even get people thinking of things like this is awesome. Go get 'em honus.

P.S. I ordered that supplement the other day. Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow.

1. Improve hip flexibility through yoga
2. Become more regular at doing my martial arts training despite not having a school to go to regularly because my sifu lives in SoCal
3. Trim a little flab off the ole gut, I'd like to get down to around 185-190, currently at around 200.

I finish my co-op placement next week. After that I will be starting a daily yoga routine in an effort to help my back and hopefully lose some weight in the process. My entire goal is 60-70 pounds but in the short term I'm hoping for 20.

Mine I posted in the other thread but here they are...

1.) Lose some weight
2.) Get a job
3.) Find out about how to become a "Cable Guy" because it is somthing that interests me.

Well, I have been doing Slim Fast. Been sticking to it except on the weekends (I need SOME wiggle room here! ;) )

Job front has been TOTAL SHIT. I keep playing the game... Apply, call, wait, interview, wait, call, call, call, etc... NOTHING.

I emailed Comcast (the local cable company) about what someone would need to do to become a cable guy about a week ago and have had NO response. I will attempt calling them and getting an awnser now.
