Untitled Batman Begins Sequel (Batman Begins II)

They haventt said what the actual name will be, but they are working on a sequal to Batman Begins now and the rumor is that the JOKER will be played by HEATH LEDGER.

Some of the rejected but other rumored people to play the Joker were... Steve Buscemi, Robin Williams & Mark Hamill.

It should be out sometime in 2008. Damn thats to long to wait!!

I don't think I like the idea of Heath ledger as the Joker, Buscemi would be good for the part though.

There has been a few other people rumored as well, though I don't think they were as big of names.
Another rumor was that the Joker wasn't even going to have that much sceen time, so it may not matter who plays him. Heath Ledger could be ok. I've only seen him in a few things, so who knows. Buscemi would be interesting. Robin Williams might not be bad either, but I think you need to go with someone low key. The last Batman series got out of control with the villians. They seemed to focus so much on getting a big star as the villian, that they kind of forgot about Batman.

I'm gald that its not coming out right away. I hate when movies are rushed. Plus, Spiderman 3 is coming out next summer, I doubt they would put those 2 head to head.

Heath Ledger should never be in any movie ever again, and if he's Joker I'm going to kill the director and casting director.

Hahaha, I forgot about that.

Plus, it'd be nice to see the guy get a little something that's not Star Wars.... I mean, dude's never done anything notable since being Luke Skywalker. Being Joker would give him the opportunity to do something cool, going to be seen by everyone... but not LOOK like an old ass Luke.

He used to do the Hobgoblin's voice on the Spider-Man cartoon in the 90s. Great voice.

It would be cool to see Mark Hamill in something big budget like that. Dude has been doing cartoons for way to long.
