in the course of a day, i usually drink 1 glass of OJ, 1 cup of coffee and at least 1 gallon of water. i drink maybe 1 soda a week.

aahhh, i see. sorry about that. i was freaking out after i posted that trying to figure out if there was any one thing i could cut out to eliminate
calories like that. as a fat guy, it's much easier for me to focus on dropping one thing entirely as opposed to minimizing everything!

This is exactly why I try to stay away from soda. If I'm really craving a sweet drink I'll drink an Arizona iced tea or something. Shit the empty
calories in beer is already enough for my philly stomach to handle.

It's an especially rare case to see me drinking soda. If I do, I immediately chug at least an equal amount of water to flush it out.

im probably asking for problems, during the day i drink either those energy drinks or soda. i try to throw the water in there but its rare.
unfortunately i work for pepsi so i am helping to kill everyone that drinks this nonsense....
