NO.....Don't waste your money. Hell, it might just be the WORST one they ever put out. Don't know how you felt about Born Dead or Violent Demise, but I think this one is even worse than either. I thought Violent Demise was "ok", and Born Dead was about the same, but this new one, I can't even say that about it.........

Long live "Cop Killer"....or if you got it too late, the self-titled.........

I have no idea why they can not come up with another album that good. Ice-T has some great lyrics and the music on that first one was far from "technical"...........3 simple chords and Ice-T's vocalisms and lyrics sounds as though it should be rather easy to duplicate to me??? Oh well.........

Yah Body Count has been going downhill quick since the first lp came out. The new one is probably the worst thing they have done though. Its to bad... I bet if Ice T hooked up with Jamie Jasta they could do some cool shit (like IcePick maybe).

How fucking good is their old Necessary Evil track though? Funny stuff.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

MyOwnWay, have you heard the Icepick track with Ice T? If not, I HIGHLY recommend checking it out. Real Recognizes Real. http://www.myspace.com/icepick This is what Body Count should sound like.

Thanks. I have heard it previousley. I love the song.

You are absolutely right, it is what Body Count should sound like. This most recent Body Count album was ready before he and Jasta really hit it off. I'm hoping Jasta decides to sign Body Count and work with them.
