Understandable, I just didnt walk into Hostel 1 thinking I was going to be riveted by the in depth plot of a group of friends being mutilated in
Europe. Didn't scream Citizen Kane to me.

Hopefully, they follow the 40 minutes of softcore, 40 minutes of gore format again. Its convenient. You dont have to mix your sex and violence if
you're not in the mood.

i never said the movie wasn't fucked up. it just wasn't scary...at all. i'd consider it more of a faux snuff film then a horror movie.

somethings i still find scary, just not anything from hostel. i love naked chicks and all but...that movie was really just softcore porn disguised as
a major motion picture. throw in some torture scenes (from all the hype it was getting, i expected to see some nasty shit) and that's this movie.
doesn't do it for me. but, that's just me. i look at movies differently then some of you guys i suppose. no put downs at you guys, just difference
of opinions.
