Diet
I've actually started a diet and lost around 10lbs so far. It's actually working. It's crazy cause I never thought I could survive on a diet.

since mid October. I've cut out pizza, soda, started eating more sandwiches, drinking more water, not drinking as much booze. I've actually started
to like Diet Coke.
and thanks. Another 20lbs would be good to lose.

i don't want to act like i'm heavily overweight, cause i'm not. losing the weight would make putting my pants on easier, especially with my
disability which sometimes gets in the way. i know i just need to eat better.
