Korn Unplugged?!

I was at the gym this morning and saw on one of the big screens that Korn did an unplugged show? I just don?t get into these guys and when they do shit like that, it just seems so fucking pretentious. I have always thought this band sucked so maybe I?m already jaded against them. Look, you dudes are a shitty metal band and when you do shit like this you are taking your shit music way too serious.

I know, I was shocked too. My favorites were Rod Stewart (yep, not joking) and Stevie Ray Vaughn.

I saw a video that looked like it was from an unplugged session. Their music doesnt really translate well to that format.

I didn't even know Korn were still around.
I didn't know unplugged was either.
Korn's music isn't supposed to be unplugged.
I did like the first cd when it came out. After that, they disgusted me. They butt fuck one another for sure....

Yeah, I really dug the first CD when it came out as well and I still say one of the most violent shows I've ever been to was Korn touring for that album with Monster magnet at the Avalon. The joint was packed with FSU and they kept yelling at MM to get off the stage and this and that, and Dave Wyndorf was like fuck all you douchebag punk motherfuckers and they rocked it. By the time Korn got on it was FSU pissed as hell madness, my friend got busted up pretty good and the only thing that saved me was a half wall iwas standing next to that I jumped up on and basically balled up to block all the shots coming in. But yeah, after the first album...........GAYER than a bag of dicks...........wasn't it Steve that introduced that one to us,it's been stuck in mt head all day.

i too was on board with the first album but in hindsight that album ushered in a ton of crappy music that we are just recently getting past into a slightly less crappy musical environment. his vocals got really really bad as they continued releasing albums.

They should just unplug permanently.

Not play unplugged, just unplug their shit and put it away forever.

Btw I think this new "Unplugged" thing is actually part of those "AOL Sessions" things they do, not sure if it's affiliated with MTV at all.

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

she has a good voice but the setup for the unplugged thing is obnoxious, the non members of korn are wearing masks of different animals, its really sad looking.

I read that they did that on the tour also...

Sounds like a joke... "Our guitarist found god and quit the band, so we replaced him on tour with a dude in a rabbit mask."
