It's funny when people say this. Because let's face it...saying "dieting doesn't work" translates into "I tried it for a day and couldn't lay off the McDonald's, boo-hoo I have no discipline or strength of character". Yeah, it's hard. Sticking to any regimen is hard. That's life.

That article made me want to punch a wall down. Fuck.
