I got my average mile time down to about 6:30-7. Been working on that for a while, used to be a heavy smoker so it was a challenge getting my cardio
up.

Um, 6:30 to 7:00 is awesome in my opinion. I did my best 5k a few weeks ago at 23:20. Yeah, you are faster.
