Bought the first full length on ebay and paid with paypal on the 9th. Its now the 27th and I still have heard or seen nothing.
They dude lives at John Carroll University in Clevo. Might have to make a visit to get my cd.
Seriously this fuckin sucks I was looking forward to this. DOuchbag could at least reply but I think his intentions are clear. He wants to be like
Dire Straits and get his "money for nothing"

You can file a complaint through PayPal and ask them to refund your money.
PayPal will attempt to contact the seller and resolve the situation.
If the seller doesn't come through within a certain period of time, you escalate your complaint, then, if PayPal agrees with you, they pay you back
and then do whatever is necessary to get their money back.
I did this myself just a few months back.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

you'll get your money back in a week if you file a complaint with PayPal and the seller doesn't respond or refund your money. I've done it several
times...one time it was almost $800.

don't even respond to any emails. The idiot has no excuse.
Its fucking bullshit because I have been very lucky with no problems on EBAY before this.

don't wait too long - i think ebay's policy is that you have to start the procedure within 30 days, but you should double check.

Finally sent a complaint through PAYPAL. I guess I am awaiting a email from PAYPAL concerning them trying to contact the seller.

So I finally got he cd int he mail after 1 month and filing a complaint with paypal. The fucking cd is scratched up all over. The final 3 songs wil
not play. I sent her a message requesting my money back and I will sned her the cd back at my expense. I have not heard from her since sunday. I may
leave a negative comment. I told her I want this cd to go away and I will not leave a negative comment unless she doesn't take it back.
Her excuse was "surgery" Fucked up think is all other items she sold went out and buyers gave her positive commments on all of them, but my item never
shipped. How come surgery didn't hinder there shipments but only mine?

Paypal will not refund you any money unless the person you have the complaint filed against has the actuall funds in their account, they DO NOT
withdraw money from peoples funding accounts (bank accounts or CC's). D I'm not sure where you heard that paypal gives you their money and then go
after theirs from the seller, but I have 3 complaints that all were found in my favor, one I got like $10 back out of $100, another like $14 out of
$50 and another recently for $20 which I probably won't see ANY money back from. They tell you after the judgement that they'll try to retrieve your
money, I think for a certain amount of time (I'm sure its not a big effort on their part)...after that you're S.O.L.
14% of my money back when decisions were found in my favor kind of blows, but this is the price I pay for convenience.

I was under the impression that they did. SO what can I do? Does that mena that literally they can steal money from you and rip you off and there is
nothing that can be done?
