KFC Removes Trans Fat From Menu

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18383687/

This is what I find interesting:

?I?m in my 40s now, so it?s important that I try to take better care of myself,? said Garber, 41, of Clarksville, Ind.

OK Gary, how about you just don't eat shit like this? It is FRIED. Numb nuts.

I know right? I remember when Gary was playing in a kickball league near me in the late 80's. You know he wasn't the most talented but he had heart. He'd bring a bucket of chicken with him and would share with the game's three stars. We had one guy who was our first of second star every game. Well, after his second season he gained, 48 pounds, quit his job, stopped masturbating and had a heart attack.

Luckily he survived. He is now a personal trainer for people recovering from a Myspace addiction. Ah, Gary. You magnificent bastard.

No more trans fat?
I just download their nutrition facts from the website.
The chicken pot pie that they sell has 14 grams of Trans fat in it.

I'm glad that i stopped eating fast food along time ago.
It's cheaper to make food at home.

Have you ever noticed how crayons are a lot like M&M's? All the colors tend to taste the same.

I've essentially cut out all fast food from my diet except for cheesesteaks and wings. And it's funny Philadelphia is trying to follow NY by eliminating all transfat in rest. and stores.
