back on track
Been a week of being on a diet... been walking... hopefully I am back on track and can lose some of this damn weight!

just keep your eyes on the goal. If you slip up dont beat yourself up over it just get yourself back on track. Its an amazingly rewarding experience
when you have acheived such a huge personal goal.

walking or riding my bike at least 3 times a week. Its not much, but its a start.

I guess that I'm impressed by those that can go to the gym each and every day because it seems impossible to find the time/motivation when you work
and have other priorities in your life. so i commend everything you guys are doing to help yourselves.
