Back at it

OK, it was my first day back at the gym today. 30 minutes on the treadmill. 21 of those were jogging. It wasn't easy but I feel so much better.

Man, having a broken arm was so much worse then I thought. Fucking things still hurts.

Still no wieghts until mid-August and light ones at that time.

This is my 3rd time jogging since "the incident" but it has been great taking the new dog out for a spin. He is so ready for longer distances.

Good times.

So far so good. I got a bosu ball for little MRs. Reed83 so I have been doing the "total body" thing with that (minus the push up stuff). It is 100 degrees here this week so at lunch I let the dog out and head down stairs for a quick 25 minute workout.

Once the little one goes to sleep, I try and get a 2 mile jog in. The drawback is that it is 97 degrees. It is just nice to get moving again.
