knee pain.
I am in the Police Academy and training now. The run is making my knee hurt like crazy. I went to the doctor last friday and got some sort of steroid
anti-inflamation pills.
He siad stay off it and do not run. Gave me a 10 letter to give to my officers and let them no I am not to run. I did not give them it so I ran and
did terrible. I am giving them it today. Thing is the doctor said its commona nd the PAtilla(knee cap) is moving around too much inside the muscle
that holds it in place. It normal but painful. The pills are helping but I'd like to know what some of you if you have this issue do. I need to runa
nd drop weight but this is setting me back some.
I still work out but mostly upper and middle sections of the body. My lower legs are jsut stretchs and nautilus machine to strengthen the leg muscles.
Then I hit the bike for 15 minutes.

Yep, I have had this several times from running, hockey and a Biohazard/Sepultura show. I just delt with it a few times but the got wise and got a
simple knee brace thing from Walmart or Walgreens that wraps around your knee but has a whole for your knee cap to show.
Also, ice and lots of it.
