Man, I have the worst heartburn. Before my health care ran out, I always took Nexium for acid indigestion now I just carry a bottle of Extra Strength Tums, does me pretty good but sometimes it gets too out of control and I just to endure it.

I had some wicked heartburn the other day... ate an apple, solved the problem. You gotta eat some alkalizing foods dudes. Greens and shit like that.

Yeah I know, and I do try and I love fruits and veggies but it still doesn't resolve the problem. Actually when I don't have any Tums or something I use a tea spoon of vinegar, works pretty good.

Gross, vinegar makes me wanna puke. Hate to say it, but aside from doctor prescribed drugs probably the only way to correct the problem is to do this crazy pH balance fast where you just drink juiced leafy greens. People have a very rough time of it though, BUT it's helped fight early stage cancer so I'm sure it would work wonders on acid reflux.

Prilosec worked the best for me. I also had to go to the doctor and had some prescribed shit that worked pretty well but cannot recall the name. I changed my diet almost entirely and I rarely ever get heartburn though. I used to have it so bad that it would keep me up till the wee hours of the morning. I cut out processed foods almost entirely and that seemed to do the trick. Only time it rears it's ugly head is when I'm on a bender.
