I'm Down 3.5!


Yep, after breaking my arm, wife's b-day then my b-day I really packed it on. I was 192 last week. I should be no more then 180 at the very most. I'm looking to get to 176. As of this morning, I'm 188.5. I lost 3.5 last week.

No drinking and exercising 3 times a day.

Morning 4 to 8 minutes body weight workouts

Lunch- gym- interval treadmill work, circuit training or just plain weight lifting

Evening- run 1.85 miles with JimmyReed83 or walk 2 miles with whole family

I'm hungry as fuck too.

Did full body circuit training at lunch today. Fuck I love to lift weights. My bench is up 20 pounds from last week. Mind you, it isn't a muscle issue. It is the broken arm issue.

Damn, I'm up .2. Not a big deal but I didn't get a full week of workouts in and I ate like shit starting Thursday. Back at it.

no worried chris. Im up 4 but havent been for my usual 1.6 mile run in over a week. Weight fluctuates alot. I make sure I take a shit before I weigh myself so I weigh less :cool:

I was so tempted to do the same thing then go back and weigh myself after my morning coffee. Then I'm thinking, "I am realying on shit for me to accomplish my goal." I then decided to actually have some discipline.

I'm up .8 to 189.6. Makes sense. Had too many meetings last week so workouts suffered and went to several parties over the weekend.
