I need advice from senior thorpers

If you "had your time again" and were back in your early 20's, what would you do differently (assuming you've sort of settled down and shit like that by now)? The only advice I get from old people i know is "save money", "fuck more bitches" etc etc ....

Any advice is appreciated guys.

start a band and tour the world
it's the most fun you can have

stay away from easy women
they just want to lock you down and ruin the rest of your life

go to school, and make something of yourself
you don't have to try to be a doctor in 4 years or some shit, but a degree never hurt anyone

drugs will fuck it all up so have fun but be smart

Save money & finish school including certifications etc for what you want in the future. Going back 5-10 years later for certification or advanced learning is shit.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

To Quote the prophet John Joseph-"If it feels right, go out and do it."

Do not waste a single minute worrying about how anything outside of finance will effect your future. Don't live your life for money, just don't be stupid about it.

Life is way to short. At any moment it can be snatched from you and you are not going to want ANYTHING left on that list you regret not doing...please yourself before all else...the longer you make it through lifes journey the more time you'll have for traditional endeavors.

i thought about this all day.

if i could turn the clock back to 18...

1) i would save 10% of the money i made,

2) learn to play as many instruments as possible, starting with guitar,

3) never sell or get rid of any CDs records, movies, books, DVDs, comics, action figures etc.

4) use half of my "saved money" to invest in physical gold.

i fucked enough bitches, imo. :P

I would choose a different career path. I would have never smoked but still drank I think. I for sure would have worked out. Yeah, I would have been much smarter about money too.

Never get so drunk you shit yourself. Never drink and cook. Never piss out of a second floor window. Never fight all the bouncers at once. Never take advice from old punks, they're old punks.

Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?
