A few bottles of Marachino(sp?) Cherries with the juice poured out and replaced with vodka for a nicely infused treat wouldn't be illegal would it?

Count me in on this. Voodoo, good to see your back on "board" (heh heh).
Well, its this place where nobody works, and the pigs don\'t give you any shit. Everyone smokes weed and gets drunk all day. Its a place where
cunts like me and you can truly take it easy and relax. Know what I mean?

ok, I sent you my shipping address by U2U. I am not sure how the rest of you would like it, I could just put it out there or wait to see who wants to
do the organizing and give it to them, whichever is easiest. I try not to complicate the lives of others too mcuh, just don't ask my wife to swear to
that last statement

It all makes sense now. |
yeah, unfortunately Allah isn't too cool with some of our best vices, and he is the rule of law in alot of these countries. seperation of church and
state bro, it's important. |
Seperation of church and state has no meaning to nations that 1) have never had a church and 2) where the majority of people follow said precepts of
no boozing and no porn. I don't see how that's a particularly important thing to Arabs or Muslims, especially if they don't want it.
However, what can I get you dude?

how about this:
the address he gave me has a US zipcode. i plugged it in to usps.com, it comes up Military rate and i'm pretty sure i can send him 2 CD-Rs in an
envelope for $1.31
i will find out if this is the case tomorrow.
if so, and he really likes the WIC or the AF, i'll set up something where we can pitch all pitch in and send him the actual CDs. if he doesn't dig
either one, i can send him stuff until he finds something he likes and will listen to over and over.
in case anyone is interested, these appear to be the rules:
Quote: | APO/FPO Overseas Military Mail
Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and
handling. The APO/FPO table below outlines these conditions for ZIP Code 09344. For a complete list of restrictions to all APO/FPO destinations, see
the most recent Postal Bulletin.
A. Securities, currency, or precious metals in their raw, unmanufactured state are prohibited. Official shipments are exempt from this restriction.
A1. Mail addressed to 'Any Servicemember' or similar wording such as 'Any Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine', 'Military Mail', etc., is prohibited.
Mail must be addressed to an individual or job title, such as 'Commander', 'Commanding Officer', etc.
B. Form 2976-A required for all mail weighing 16 ounces or more, with exceptions noted below. In addition, mailers must properly complete required
customs documentation when mailing any potentially dutiable mail addressed to an APO or FPO regardless of weight. The following are exceptions to the
requirement for customs documentation on non-dutiable mail weighing 16 oz. or more:
B. a. Known mailers (those legally applying a permit imprint to a mailpiece) are exempt from providing customs documentation on non-dutiable letters
and printed matter weighing 16 oz. or more. Mail with meter postage is not considered to be from a known mailer.
B. b. Federal, state, and local government agencies are exempt from providing customs documentation, except on mail to APOs/FPOs to which restriction
B2 applies.
B. c. Prepaid mail from military contractors is exempt, providing mailpiece is endorsed 'Contents for Official Use-Exempt from Customs Requirement'.
B1. Form 2976 or 2976-A required. Articles liable for customs duty and/or purchase tax unless bona fide gifts intended for use by military personnel
or their dependents. When contents of a parcel meet these requirements, mailer must endorse customs form, 'Certified to be a bona fide gift, personal
effects, or items for personal use of military personnel and dependents', under the heading, Description of Contents. Exceptions: All exceptions
listed in restriction B are applicable to this restriction.
C1. Obscene articles, prints, paintings, cards, films, videotapes, etc., and horror comics and matrices are prohibited.
E2. Any matter depicting nude or seminude persons, pornographic or sexual items, or nonauthorized political materials is prohibited. Although
religious materials contrary to Islamic faith are prohibited in bulk quantities, items for personal use of addressee are permissible.
F. Firearms of any type are prohibited in all classes of mail. See definitions of firearms in DMM 601.11.1.2c. This restriction does not apply to
firearms mailed to or by official U.S. government agencies. The restriction for mail to this ZIP Code does not apply to firearms mailed from this ZIP
Code, provided ATF and USPS regulations are met. Antique firearms are a separate category defined in DMM 601.11.2 and ATF regulations; they do not
require an ATF form.
H1. Pork or pork by-products are prohibited.
M. Fruits, animals, and living plants are prohibited.
R. All alcoholic beverages, including those mailable under DMM 601.8.0, are prohibited.
R1. Materials used in production of alcoholic beverages (i.e., distilling material, hops, malts, yeast, etc.) are prohibited.
V. Express Mail Military Service (EMMS) not available.
Z. No outside pieces (OSPs). |
anybody down with that?

Alright,
I am going to respond to this but I don't want to keep bumping it to the top because it makes me feel wierd.
I don't really need daily stuff like toiletries and such, thats pretty well covered for all of us here.
The John Joseph stuff sounds good.
I really don't have any specific requests, maybe some decent coffee? Any forms of entertainment (movies, music magazines, comic books, books etc.....)
maybe some sugarless gum? Things to help pass downtime are most important to all of us over here right now for sure.
Steve, I do have the grave robbers CD, it rules. The shirts and such sound like more than enough. The thoughts are enough for me my friends, anything
else is just a huge bonus Heres the shipping address for my temporary Iraqi
home:
SK2 Robert Brunell
HHC DSTB 1CD G9
Unit # 43207
APO AE 09344-3207
I can tell you guys in all seriousness that the troops over here know how much they are loved and appreciated and words can not dsescribe how much it
means to all of us. I can speak for many when I say we are eternally grateful for the love and respect being shown on a daily basis by the folks back
home.
Love the Voodoo

Well, let's set this shit up. Honestly, anyone who's good at this type of stuff step up. I'm really not, but if I have to no problem. Maybe we can
set up a paypal account for everyone to donate to then entrust someone to go buy this stuff? Just an idea, but those guys more then deserve it.
