:lol::lol::lol:

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

Anyone remeber the guy pulled from the truck during the L.A. RIOTS that was bashed in the head with a brick? Every time I hear Rodney Kings name I think if that guy and that douchebag dancing around after he did it while his other buddy watched.

:mad:

yeah I remember that.
My high school had a mini race riot after the verdict....it was a little scary being in the middle as it was going down. a simple fight turned racial because it was a black on white thing and the black guy called up all his cousins and so on from West Philly. it was something to see like 50 black dudes coming down the alley....

I knew it started with a R but that was it. I remember he hugged or forgave those assholes that did it to him. They were on TV together.

The 'where are they now' of this event is funny.

Damian was released early for good behavior in 1997. On December 5, 2003, he received a life sentence for murdering a drug dealer in July, 2000. He will not be eligible for parole until he serves 47 years.

Miller was shot in a nightclub on February 1, 2004 and died from his wounds soon after.

Denny currently lives in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where he is a self-employed boat motor mechanic
