COPS

Why is it now, that all the people on the calls are fuckin TRASH.

I watched Serve & Protect and it's actually mostly normal but COPS is always so pathetic.

yea, I work in North Philly which is the worst part of the city, basically it looks like beruit. all crackheads drug dealers etc. it's fun though, theres always something going on. This last week was like the worst in the cities history, 21 homocides since last monday, 10 over the weekend. I think 2 were in my district, little 10 year old kid got shot while sitting in his parents van cause they were closing the corner store, i wasn't working that night so i duno but yea thats normal shit.

Your a cop?

You like the job?

I thought of this as a career, but am a little hesitant. I know someone who is a sherriff deputy here near Cleveland and he loves his job. Was it hard to get that job where your at? I hear a city outside of Cleveland will have a test this summer and i was thinking of taking it. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Also I'd like to add I am 28. Do you think this will be difficult to get hired? I took a test about a year ago and scored # 21 in about 50 people taking the test. It was the first one I ever took, but I know I will never get the call from them. The department only needed 2 out of 60.

i think serve and protect is pretty bland compared to cops. the cbc did a story last night on "crack alley" in toronto. i find any show that deals with crime facsinating. the first 48 is another rad show.
