Tomorrow is the big day
well tomorrow my friends ex-fiance is coming to stay with me for the weekend. We are attending my old works company party which will have an open bar.
My dick is getting the best of me..I've talked about the situation to my friends and the majority of them said to got for it. They said, lose a friend
for what could be a life long relationship or not. Argh....I guess I'll have to wait and see how much I drink tomorrow night to see what decission I
make.

i don't think i chimed in on this the first time around, so here ya go...
we all have friends who are like brothers or sisters. people for whom we would do absolutely anything and who would do absolutely anything for us.
no questions asked.
In my opinion, if you don't have the type of relationship with this guy where you can ask him honestly, "do you care if i hook up with this girl?" AND
where you can accept his answer as being absolute truth, then you should do what you think is right.
If you're that close to this person, you should respect his wishes. If not, you need to make the decision yourself and be prepared for the possible
fallout.
You've been friends with this girl for a long time, independent of her relationship with your friend. To me, that puts you in a position to do as you
please. Personally, I wouldn't pursue for a one night stand. If I thought that something could truly come of, however, i would.
Good luck. I, too, am awaiting a report on Monday.

Well I guess I'm a scumbag. Had a great time at the x-mas party with her and ended up sleeping with her that night. I think my friend found out
cause he is no longer talking to me. I've come to realize though that he was really more of an acuantece (sp?)then anything. Our relationship was only
surface level, never had a deep meaningful conversation with the kid and I had known him for 16 years. I talked to my counclers/theropist my mom and
my close friends and all there responces were "if their no longer together then what does it matter?" I feel the same way about it. The bro's before
hoe's philosophy is kinda bullshit in this situation. Anyways I plan on going down to stay with her in acouple weeks. Should be a fun time.
