I lost 2.5 pounds in 1 hour

I go for a long run on Fridays around 5:20 or 5:45 with my dog. The girls sleep in on Fridays so this is my only real free time in a week.

We ran 6.13 miles today. Through the neighborhood, up to the local high school track for one mile then back. Good run, nice weather and my dog did great with commands.

I weighed myself before I left and I was 186. I got back and weighed myself at 183.5. It was wild.

I always sweat a lot so I'm assuming it was a water loss issue.

Actually my runs always shake a big one out of me but I usually have to drop them at the office. My runs also give crazy gas. It is like shaking a soda can up and letting out some steam.

^Dude, your body is getting rid of toxins when you're running. You're upping blood flow and detoxing.

I was once practicing my kung fu and farting a ton, then did this one movement called "lion shakes mane" where you shake your whole body in a sort of pushing on both sides gesture and I literally had to go take a dump right after. I've since begun calling it "lion shakes out poo."
