Week THREE weigh-ins

XHonusWagnerX - 1-22-2006 at 12:12 PM

Im only down 1 pound again this week. I know that I need to kick it up so I can lose a little more a little faster, but at least it wasnt a back slide like I thought it might be. I had a rough week food wise.

I can say that this forum and the fact that others on here are doing the same has helped motivate me alot. So lets keep those numbers coming! Not everyone reported in last week so get the scales out and lets go!

Im down from 215 to 209. Lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks so far.

same - down to 284 from 290.

Discipline, I'm pulling for you man. You are my dark horse to win this thing. I don't even think it is a contest either. Great job.

Me too. It really helps when there is ever doubt I can lift or run more. This is awesome. By the way, how many of us are doing this? Seems to be about 4 or 5?

Is this an all natural weight loss or can you use substances? When I say substances I mean the ones you'd use to work out with, not ones that would supress hunger.

Sure why not. I'm not judging anyone on how they go about it. Ideally, we'd like to see it happen naturally but I use creatine/amino supplement before I workout. Or are you referring to steroids?

Bottom line, let's share what works and how we are doing it.

I do use the juice, but I didn't want to start anything by saying that. Good luck to everyone and I wish the continued success. Unfortunetly the whole steriod thing is not as easy as some think. You still have to put the time in at the gym, do you 25 minutes of cardio(with you heartrate being up), then weights, eat right, drink tons of water, and take mass amounts of protein. Oh yeah, get at least 8 hours of sleep every night which sucks for me because I'm a night person. Anyway good luck everyone
