Same here, if you workout on a regular basis I would suggest going on a bulking diet. I put on 5 pounds in about 13-14 days by eating 3,500-4,000+
calories per day. You just have to be careful that you are excercising enough or you'll end up with too much body fat. I didn't excersise enough
during one bulk and got a nice round gut. You also want to make sure you have a ratio of about 50% carbs, 40% protein, 10% fat during this period ( I
can't rember if this ratio is completey correct, but I know its somewhere in that area).
